Ordering

Ordering your book is a simple and easy process.

Simply add your goods to the cart, input your shipping information and checkout. I will be in contact with you, usually within 48 hours to discuss your book.

Each book is made specifically to order so that allows you, the customer, to make some changes. If you want to add specific ribbon colours to your book we can do those. If you want a different shade of leather. That can be done. All of our made to order Tomes are customizable. Generally I don't charge for minor changes.

I also make custom books. This is where we work on creating something special. It is one to one personal service that I offer.

It takes around 6-8 weeks to make a Book depending on how much work is involved. For leather books they are all handdyed. It's a long process from staining to finishing to making the cover, binding the pages. It takes time. My workload varies depending on the time of year. August to December is often the busiest time of year for me.

Because what I do is a service and requires the buying of materials & custom work, I don't offer refunds on made to order books or custom books. If there is an issue with your book I will do my best to fix it. Remember these are handmade books so they will not be perfect, these are not machine made books. These are 100% handmade. Made to look old and vintage. They have their own character and their own energy.  I offer refunds on made to order books ONLY and only if they are returned in the condition they are recieved.

If you would you like to cancel your order you MUST do it within 24 hours.

Deposits are non refundable. This is because I use that to secure the components for your Book.

The Books I ship are insured and come with a tracking number. I usually email that out within 24 hours of sending the parcel.

It is the buyers responsibility to pay any applicable international customs charges or taxes, this will very from country to country. I advise you to research your countries import charges before you order. Because these are books, especially with the printed Tomes they often don't incur charges but that all depends on your country. Certain countries like Saudi Arabia impose a 5% import charge so please research these before you order.
