Shipping & Returns
We use a variety of different delivery companies to despatch our Books & Pages.
For small UK Orders we use Royal Mail.
Larger UK orders are sent via parcelforce or DPD.
Small international orders are also despatched by Royal Mail.
Larger orders such as Grand Tomes and heavier books are sent via UPS, Fedex or Parcelforce.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping information when you place an order. Items that are returned due to the wrong address being provided will be recharged to resend. The Customer has 10 days to pay any charges applicable to their order otherwise it will be cancelled and refunded, minus shipping fees.
Our return policy is as follows:
Made to order Books are NOT refundable or exchangable.
In stock books can be returned but they must be in ORIGINAL condition with no writing or damage to the pages or cover.
Spellpages, and aged papers can be returned also but they must be in original condition.
Please be aware of customs charges that may be incurred when importing into your country.
