Terms of Sale

The following paragraph applies to the made to order books. This is a service that is provided upon request of the buyer. These particular books are made to order and are not stocked in the main shop. Therefor they are EXEMPT from our refund policy, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Should a book be recieved in that condition the buyer will be offered a repair, replacement or refund on that basis once the book has been returned. The buyer will be eligible for ANY charges incurred, including return to delivery fees.

Completion: The three month window of completion is an estimate ONLY. Waiting list times vary depending on my workload and the work required. I do not have a team making these books, I make them all by hand, as an individual artist.

Cancellations: I accept cancellations on in stock books as well as some made to order books. Cancellations made on made to order books will be accepted for 7 days after sale. Cancellations made after this period will incur a 10% cancellation fee.

Specific custom books made outside of the ones listed on the site are NOT eligible for cancellation once materials and supplies are purchased or work has commenced on said project.

Condition: Books are handmade and therefor will not be perfect. I strive to do the best possible work but some books may have minor imperfections. This is totally normal and is part of the books magic. These books are born out of love and care and whilst I do the best to make books to my highest ability, sometimes they are born with slight inperfections. Nothing in this world is perfect.

Refunds: Refunds will be made via the customers initial payment method.

Shipping: All books are sent tracked delivery, you will be provided with a tracking number with completion of your order. I am not liable for any parcels that are delivered to the wrong address if the wrong address is supplied to me, I work directly from the invoices provided. It is the BUYERS responisibility to ensure ALL information is correct at time of order AND that they are able to collect the parcel or have a sutiable person collect it for them if they aren't avalible.

Customs: Different countries have different customs laws and applicable charges. It is the customers responsibility to pay these, should they incur any for importing a book or similar item.
